We don't even confront your debtor. Since we are not collectors, we have methods available to us that bring money to your pockets.
Do I have to pay for the expenses incurred in the process?
No. Our service is designed to cost you nothing up front. We advance the cost of all expenses incurred in the collection process. The expenses are included in 5% fee and then deducted from the recovered money. We encourage you to add $500.00 and 9.5% annual interest to money owed to you.
Is there any guarantee you will recover my money?
Prior to us making an offer to recover your money, our investigative team conducts a preliminary investigation on your debtor. We would only decline in rare cases, if we felt that there was no possibility of recovery on your case within the next six months.
Financial situations can change overnight whether it is good or bad. Regardless, you can be assured that we will do our very best in recovering your money. After all, we only get paid if we recover your money!
Is there a statute of limitations on recovering my money?
Yes, it is 20 years. Sometimes, the older the debt is, the more relaxed the debtor has become in hiding his assets and the recovery of that debt comes with much greater ease.
I thought it was against the law not to pay debt. Shouldn't the debtor be in jail?
No. It is not against the law not to pay your bills. With over 80% of the judgments entered in this country remaining uncollected, we would not have enough room to imprison such people if we had to. After all, if your debtor were jailed, finding a bank account or place of employment would not be too promising. Our job, after all, is to recover your money!
I think my debtor has moved out of the state. Can you help me now?
Absolutely, our skip-tracing and asset investigation techniques are available on a global basis. Many times, our investigation leads us to assets located outside of the country. Our investigative team has resources to successfully collect your money regardless of where in the world it is.
How long before you "show me the money"?
It all depends on your cooperation. If you get 10 - 20 people registered in your support team quick you'll start seeing results within 10-60 days. Recovery is not like collection; recovery will deliver to your account different amounts in different time frames which you can withdraw right away. People you bring as your supporters must register through your referral link for tracking and must of course submit their own claim. Your 20 supporters don't need to have same debtor than you, they can have all different debtors, it's about the mass of people standing behind.

Why I have to activate my account?
Inactive accounts are and stay inactive. You can't do anything with inactive account and we can't deal with Members who might submit fake identities and might plan some illegal activities.
What can I do if Advertiser is late with payment?
If Advertiser is 3 days late you can immediately add $500.00 penalty to late payment and if Advertiser still doesn't respond in next 3 days you have right to submit recovery claim against advertiser and add another $400.00 penalty. If you earned for example only $0.60 in April and Advertiser didn't pay you on July 1st, you have right to add on July 3rd additional $500.00 if it is not paid on July 3rd and on July 5th another $400.00 if it is not paid on July 5th. So on July 6th you can submit a recovery claim for $900.60.
Same would be with the amount $3,000.00, you can add for your trouble only $500.00 and $400.00; in total $900.00 for lost time and inconvenience.
I didn't get paid by some third party Pay per Click program can I still submit recovery claim?
Yes, only in this case you add only $400.00 for your trouble and not $900.00. If you have several accounts and you want to submit claims you have to open separate accounts at Netcox for each recovery claim.
What is the minimum amount I can submit recovery claim?
