REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
NetCox has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service. You also agree to terminate your membership on your own and not to expect from NetCox to terminate it; you also agree to erase all your data, images and codes uploaded to NetCox before you terminate your Membership. All your information must be manually removed before you terminate the account. NetCox is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users.
In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form and maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or NetCox has a reasonable ground to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.
PRIVACY
Registration Data and certain other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy. Visitors may supply personally identifiable information (such as name, e-mail address) for various purposes on this site. These purposes include receive e-mail newsletters or simply asking a question about NetCox, Advertisers and/or Partners. NetCox does not collect personal information from you unless you are a consumer.
We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to confirm to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on NetCox.
FOR INTERNATIONAL USE
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content.
Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold NetCox, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
NetCox reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that NetCox shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
TERMINATION
You agree that NetCox, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if NetCox believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms. NetCox may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this Terms may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that NetCox may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that NetCox shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service or any losses this might cause.
SHARES
Every NetCox Member gets shares. You must realize these shares are given away for free to show our appreciation. Shares are not traded at any stock exchange but just an option to get a share on the profit from NetCox Advertisers; Xml feed partners are excluded from that part.
Every Member who signs up gets shares. Member claims silently his/her right to a share of the profit with his/her activities, genuine information in the profile and account activation. Account Activation is necessary for Pay per Click earnings. Only Active Accounts can earn for clicks.
SHORT URL
Every visitor can create a short URL, but only active Members can follow statistic of short URL and submit multiply short URLs. Active Member can also earn from his/her short URLs.
ADVERTISING
Every Member gets $1,000 advertising promo credit. Credit can be used for advertising of custom submitted sites or left on automatic. Member Advertiser obligates him/herself to pay Members Publishers every amount over $10.00 on latest Net 45.
When Member Publisher reaches $10, Member Advertiser must pay him/her in 45 days from the end of that month when amount reached $10.00. If Member Advertiser ignores payment on purpose he/she is penalized with $500.00 penalty which is also paid to the Member.
Member Publisher who should have been paid can also submit a claim if Member Advertiser ignores all warnings. If Member Publisher is ignored and Member Advertiser has no funds which can be frozen and paid to the Member Publisher, Member Publisher can submit a claim and add to the amount additional $400.00 penalty to cover financial loses and time.
For example Member Advertiser should pay out $10 to Member Publisher and he/she ignores him/her. There are no funds to freeze in Member Advertiser's account. In this case Member Publisher can submit a claim of $910.00 ($10 what he/she is owed + $500 penalty + $400 additional penalty)
Amounts smaller than $10.00 must be paid out latest in $60.00 if they are not procedure to get the earnings is the same as it is for $10.00 or more.
For example Member Advertiser owes to Member Publisher $0.60 and 2 months passed. Member Publisher is not paid so he/she can request 3 days after time is pass (63rd day) $500.60 and 5 days after time pass (65th day) and $500.60 is not paid submit a claim $900.60.
If Member already claimed in present account other amount for recovery, he/she can open new account and claim not paid earnings for old account in new account. The rule 1 claim per account applies.
ACCOUNT - CLAIM
Member who makes the claim must pay application fee for the claim he/she made. If the claim is submitted for $1,000.00 application fee and only $100.00 or $10.00 fee is paid account will be shut down and Member will have to open new account to claim the correct amount for the fee he/she paid.
We acknowledge only 9.5 annual interest rate and $400.00 to be added to recovery claim. Except in our Pay per Click program we accept $500.00 + $400.00 penalties for non paying Advertisers.
